Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if conditions, scope, or materials differ from what was originally assessed. We will communicate any change before performing additional work.

Scheduling & Weather

Service dates may be adjusted due to weather, equipment, or scheduling conflicts. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept common payment methods and will provide an invoice upon request.

Property Access & Liability

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to disclose any underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or hazards. Hybrid Lawn & Landscape is fully licensed and insured, but is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
